Forty 4 On Hoog is developed on approximately 5000m2 and boasts a beautifully manicured garden where one can relax on a sunbed reading a book or listen to the bird life in the garden, large pool with toilet and changeroom facilities is available to all guests(pool towels available on request), sunbeds and umbrellas, barbeque area, firepit, generator to provide constant power, laundry service upon request. CCTV covering all common/public areas of the property. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD AT THE POOL AND SWIMMING WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
founders & inspiration
Carlien & Angelo have travelled the world extensively and have stayed at many top-end establishments, but what we realised was that the strapline “your home away from home” was much of a cliché and it was a far cry from home. We missed the small conveniences that we expected from these high-end establishments, convenient charging points, block-out curtaining, soft gowns and towelling, bathroom floor mats, quality bed linen and most importantly quality mattresses, because is this not what you are paying for.
Comfortable, soft luxury that should be better than home. So this became our mission and inspiration to create an establishment that would warmly embrace you with soft luxury that you deserve and look forward to.
We then took it one step further and created an environment outside your room where you could relax pool-side or in the beautifully trimmed and manicured garden, privately and securely.
